Our History:
 Hidden Valley RV Park near San Antonio, Texas, is family owned and operated by Mark & Teri and the Coleman Family since our family purchased the property in 1973. Officially in Von Ormy, the heritage of the two towns has long been intertwined.
Rich in history, Hidden Valley began as a Texan ranch on the Medina River at the Garza River Crossing, very near where General Santa Anna crossed the river in the days before the Alamo was famous. Our days as a campground have evolved and gone through many changes over the years. One thing that's always been constant is our desire to serve our guests and make their visit a memorable occasion,whether overnight, for the season or anything in between.
We welcome all RV'ers including wintering Texans, local RV'ers looking for a close to home RV retreat, workampers, visitors of children and grandchildren graduating from Lackland AFB Training Center as well as those temporarily employed near San Antonio or using the nearby Military Medical Facilities. We specialize in helping visitors to our city get the most out of their trip by giving them virtual tours outlining San Antonio's famous and not so famous but very interesting attractions. We hope to impart some of the joy that we ourselves have found in RV'ing over the years. While camping, we've always found that campers are the best people in the world and now, the sense of friendship and community at Hidden Valley, have provided more evidence of that fact.
Mark and I, along with our two children and our staff are dedicated to making your stay enjoyable whether you relax at the Park or visit the many attractions in San Antonio, TX. Our brand of camping is "no frills" but we don't skimp on hospitality, cleanliness or safety. Like most campgrounds we've progressed to including wifi as an amenity but we love the outdoors and make it a goal to provide some primitive, wilderness camping experiences by cultivating our private Medio Creek area and it's fishing and hiking opportunities and maintaining the peaceful, country atmosphere we so love ourselves.

Please take the time to complete our Customer Survey Form. By taking the short survey, you are automatically entered into our Ambassador Loyalty program. You are eligible for 10% off one night camping for completing this survey and additionally for EACH review you complete on line. In this program you can also earn 10% off one night camping for each recommendation you make to a fellow camper who stays with us. Make sure to give them your name so they can let us know and we will keep record of your recommendations. Note: Your survey remarks have no bearing on your loyalty program discounts.
